Abstract

This article reviews the use of technology tools in early childhood education. Research indicates technology, when used appropriately, can enhance learning and development in young children. However, studies also find that excessive screen time may be detrimental. Educators must find a balanced approach that thoughtfully incorporates technology into the classroom. Guidance is provided on evaluating educational apps, using interactive whiteboards, and leveraging tech for creativity, communication, and collaboration among young learners.
